SeliCor

SeliCor was the manufacturer of a revolutionary shortwave diathermy device that is portable and uses form-fitting body garments (incorporating a proprietary helical coil antenna) that made diathermy therapy affordable and available to patients at hospitals and physical therapy centers around the country and world. IPR was instrumental in developing beta user programs with the University of Texas Athletic Department, the Philadelphia Flyers and several other division one college athletic programs and professional sports teams. We developed marketing collateral including working with cultural translators to effectively communicate its marketing message in Arabic and Korean in order to penetrate those markets. SeliCor was featured on dozens of local, national and international broadcast outlets and in many business, medical and industry publications. SeliCor became so recognized as an innovator in diathermy that it was acquired five years after forming by Game Ready, a large, national medical device/physical therapy organization.
